This exercise will allow you to first relax, then expand your energy. Once expanded you will be guided to appreciate the magic and miracle that continually surrounds us. This appreciation will prepare you to begin to create truly miraculous manifestations within a timeless space as the exercise continues. Magic here can be anything good for your body, mind, or spirit.
